Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of LockedIn.tips (the “Service”), run by LockedIn (SIA in registration, Latvia)(“LockedIn”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What LockedIn is, and is not

  • LockedIn publishes sports predictions (“picks”) made by independent tipsters, with timestamped, locked track records.
  • LockedIn is not a bookmaker. We do not take bets, we do not offer odds to bet at, and we do not hold or manage your funds or any bankroll. Payments for subscriptions are processed by Stripe.
  • Odds shown on a pick are the tipster’s own recorded figure from a bookmaker of their choice. They are information, not an offer.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally allowed to read gambling-related content where you are. Confirming this is part of signing up. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

3. Predictions are opinions, not advice

  • Picks are the personal opinions of the tipsters who post them. They are not financial, betting or professional advice.
  • Nothing on the Service guarantees a result or a profit. Past results do not predict future results.
  • You decide whether and how to bet, at your own risk and with money you can afford to lose. See our responsible gambling page and the disclaimer.

4. Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password private and tell us if you think your account was used by someone else. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

5. Rules for tipsters

If you post picks you also agree that you will:

  • never promise or imply guaranteed wins, “sure” bets or risk-free profit;
  • never post or sell “fixed matches”, inside information you are not allowed to use, or anything connected to match-fixing;
  • not post illegal, misleading, abusive or fraudulent content, or copy someone else’s work or record;
  • record your real odds and your real selection, before the event starts;
  • handle your own taxes, licences and registrations on anything you earn; LockedIn does not withhold or pay tax for you.

6. Records and corrections

A pick is locked a short time after it is posted (the edit window), and after that it cannot be changed or deleted by the tipster. Results are settled from official data supplied by our sports data provider. If a result is wrong or a match is void, an administrator may correct or remove a pick; every such correction is logged and shown publicly on the pick, with the old value, the new value and the time.

7. Subscriptions and payments

  • A subscription to a tipster gives you access to that tipster’s subscriber-only picks. It is billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriber-only picks are public to everyone once they have settled (a parlay once all of its legs have), and tipsters cannot opt out of this.
  • You can cancel at any time in My Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
  • Prices are shown before you pay and may be changed by the tipster; a change applies from your next renewal.
  • We do not refund a month already provided, except where the law requires it.

8. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is provided straight away, this right is lost once the content has begun to be provided, if you expressly agreed to that and acknowledged that you lose the right. Because a subscription gives immediate access to locked picks, we ask for this agreement at checkout. This does not affect any rights you have that cannot be waived.

Checkout wording (shown with a tick box before payment):
“I want my subscription to start immediately. I understand that once access to the tipster's locked picks has begun, I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content.”

9. Suspension and ending

We may warn, limit, suspend or close an account, or remove content, if these terms are broken, if the law requires it, or to protect other users. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). If we close a paid subscription for our own reasons we will refund the unused part of the current month.

10. Limits of our responsibility

The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep data accurate, but picks, odds, fixtures and results come from tipsters and third-party providers and can contain errors or be delayed. To the extent the law allows, LockedIn is not liable for losses from betting or other decisions you make using the Service, or for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights).

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is important we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you use the Service. The date at the top shows the current version.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes go to the courts of Latvia, except that if you are a consumer you keep the right to rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live and to bring a claim in the courts there. Consumers in Latvia can also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC).
